LostAlone Release New Video and FREE Download
LostAlone have unveiled a free single on the eve of their winter UK and Ireland tour with The Darkness. ’The Bells! The Bells!!’ is the lead track from their as-yet-untitled third album produced by Dan Weller (Enter Shikari, Young Guns), which is due for release in Spring 2014.
‘The Bells! The Bells!!’ is an acute display of unrelenting riffs and clever harmonies showcasing the trio’s cutthroat writing abilities. Singer Steven Battelle says, “It’s a schizophrenic song with each ding and each dong of the "breakdong" section representing a conflicting thoughts fighting for the attention of an already addled mind. It’s the song that from the moment I wrote it we knew collectively as a band that we wanted it to be the song that everyone would hear first from our new record.”

Today the band kick off their Winter UK and Ireland tour as special guests to The Darkness which commences with two sold out shows at London’s Electric Ballroom and ending with the band returning home to the Assembly Rooms in Derby for their annual Christmas bash. Support for that show comes from Max Raptor, Ghost Twins & Attention Thieves with radio DJ and avid supporter Matt Stocks hosting the night.

MANRAZE To Release New EP
MANRAZE, the London-based rock band formed by iconic Def Leppard lead guitarist Phil Collen, along with punk rock forerunner Paul Cook (Sex Pistols) on drums and Simon Laffy, rockin’ bass player of Collen's former glam-band, Girl, will release their new EP, ‘I Surrender’, on November 11th 2013.
‘I Surrender’ will be comprised of three songs, including the title track, which features background vocals by Debbi Blackwell-Cook, who also appears on ‘All I Wanna Do’, a newly-recorded version of the song which first appeared on the trio’s 2011 sophomore album ‘punkfunkrootsrock’. The final track is ‘Connected-Live from Shepherd’s Bush’, a live studio performance from a studio podcast session, not previously released.
It all started in 2004, when Phil Collen, after 20+ years as lead guitarist for Def Leppard, decided to express himself via another creative outlet. After a chance meeting on the street with Paul Cook, MANRAZE finally released their debut album ‘Surreal’ through Universal Records in the summer of 2008 to rave reviews. The group’s debut album was chocked full of rebellious in-your-face songs. They were seen as a cross between the Foo Fighters, Green Day, Nirvana, Rage Against the Machine, and The Police.
Ben Draiman covers Disturbed
Ben Draiman — younger brother of David Draiman of the famed rock group Disturbed — has released his version of the Disturbed song ‘Stricken’. You can listen to it in the YouTube clip HERE.
Ben says of his cover: "Today I pay tribute to one of the best hard rock/metal bands in the past decade. I pray I've done it the justice it deserves."
Ben Draiman's debut six-song EP, ‘The Past is Not Far Behind’, came out in October 2012. Heavily influenced by a wide variety of styles, Ben’s music can best be described as powerful, emotional, melodic rock, fusing the softness of the piano alongside the intensity and roughness of electric guitar.

‘Let You Go’ video is an ironic joke about all the talent shows that have invaded our televisions and changed music business....who's gonna win the WFACTOR?
Scar The Martyr Announce UK Tour
Scar The Martyr, the new project unveiled by Slipknot drum legend and song writing mainstay Joey Jordison, have announced a UK headline tour for December.
The start date of the tour marks 14 years to the day that Jordison first played in the UK with Slipknot, at their now legendary debut show at London's Astoria. Joey is looking forward to returning to these shores with his latest project, reflecting: "You know irony is an odd thing, but as the saying goes, history always seems to repeat itself. The first time I came to the UK with Slipknot was on December 13th, 1999 at the London Astoria, and to this day, it still remains in my memory as one of the best times I've ever had on tour. Fast forward now 14 years later, and I'm coming back to the UK on December 13th with my new venture Scar The Martyr. I can't wait to establish new memories, but more importantly bring a vicious live show that the fans can sink their teeth into. The UK fans never disappoint, and I expect nothing less this time around. We'll see you all soon!"

Watch Shinedown’s Video for New Single ‘Adrenaline’
‘Adrenaline’ is the fifth single from Shinedown’s 2012 album ’Amaryllis’. The video features both footage and still photos captured by Rob Fenn throughout Shinedown’s Carnival of Madness tour earlier this year.
Lead singer Brent Smith says of the video: "We had the pleasure of having Mr. Rob Fenn on the Carnival Of Madness tour with us this summer. He was constantly filming, taking pictures, and documenting the reinvention of the tour. We had such an amazing time seeing all of our fans out on the road that we thought: what better way to present the video for our fifth single off of 'Amaryllis' than incorporating all the footage he captured? We hope the fans love it as much as we do."

Framing Hanley Offer Free New Music
Framing Hanley have decided to release three brand new songs for FREE on their website www.framinghanley.com due to the delay of their upcoming album ’The Sum Of Who We Are’. The three songs (’Crooked Smiles’, ’No Saving Me’ and Walt and The Wolves’) are available now.
’The Sum Of Who We Are’ was funded entirely by the band’s loyal fan-base by donating money via a Kickstarter campaign. “First and foremost, our incredible fans are the reason it’s even possible” states FH front-man Nixon. “They funded the entire thing on Kickstarter. That is still unbelievable to us. Every band says that they feel like they’re getting better with the years. So while I feel that’s a trite statement, I can’t deny it. We’ve never written as much material for an album as we did for this one. We had to cut so many songs that we felt were strong. We also recorded songs for the album that we felt weren’t ‘there’ yet only to go back to the drawing board and get it right. This record from start to finish will be all that we have in us. The ‘sum of who we are’ if you will.”
The band recently released a YouTube message explaining the delay that can be viewed here: YouTube

Skillet Announce UK release for New Album ‘Rise’
On November 25th, two-time Grammy nominated rock band Skillet will release their highly anticipated new album ‘Rise’ via Atlantic/Word in the UK.
Skillet (lead singer/bassist John Cooper, guitarist/keyboardist Korey Cooper, drummer/vocalist Jen Ledger and guitarist Seth Morrison), recorded ‘Rise’ in Los Angeles, where they re-teamed with producer Howard Benson (My Chemical Romance, All American Rejects), who helmed the band's 2009 blockbuster, ‘Awake’, which was certified platinum for sales in excess of one million copies in the U.S.
The band maintains momentum with ‘Rise’, a gripping coming-of-age narrative that stands as their first concept album. The album tells the story of a typical American teen coming into adulthood and trying to figure out who he is in a world riddled with problems both within and outside his control.
“The narrative idea happened after we had 10 or 11 of the songs chosen,” singer John Cooper says. “As we recorded them, we started to realize that there was something going on—that the album was really telling a story. Realizing that, I knew we needed to make it as powerful as we could.”
The result is a wildly ambitious work as heady as it is visceral. Sonically, the disc sees the band expanding their musical palette, integrating natural, acoustic instruments like accordion, mandolin, dulcimer, harp, tympani and bells to their trademark slashing electric guitars, strings, churning synths and pummelling drums.
‘Rise’, features the single ‘Sick Of It’ which is to be released on November 18th, to coincide with the band being special guests on Nickelback’s Arena tour. See dates below.
23rd – Liverpool, Echo Arena
24th – London, Wembley Arena

Black Stone Cherry Announce Special UK Tour
Black Stone Cherry are preparing for the release of their fourth studio album in Spring 2014, by treating the UK to four very unique and intimate performances.
The dates, dubbed 'The Southern Hospitality Shows', will each be a very special evening with the UK's favourite rockers from Kentucky. Each show will be totally unique, as the evening's set list will be chosen by the band from a list of fan requests. The band will then create a 2-hour set list tailored from those submissions, guaranteeing that each show will be different from the next. At each event, the band will also give a shout-out to one of the local fans who requested the song for the setlist. Throughout the show there will also be breaks where the band will take questions from the audience in a Q&A style. Fans can ask anything they wish, like the meaning of their favourite song or lyrics, the inspiration for how a song came about, the band's influences, etc. Not only that, the boys will also be debuting a few brand new songs from the new album, live.
Details on how fans can submit their favourite tracks for inclusion in the set will be announced in due course via the band's Facebook page - www.facebook.com/officialblackstonecherry
The band comments: "We are beyond excited to return to the UK in this fashion after headlining at Download! These shows will not only be something unique and special for our fans, but will be unique and special for us as well. By doing only 4 shows, accepting song submissions, and having a Q&A DURING the show, this is something we've never done before and probably won't have the chance to do again! We want to get personal, show our hospitality and appreciation of how much our fans mean to us…hence the tour name! Plus, there's no other audience we'd rather debut some new music to than our family overseas!"
Not only are these very special shows a treat for fans of the band, they're likely to never be repeated again, so don't delay in picking up your tickets as these small, unique events are likely to sell-out in a flash!
